Daily, weekend, or weekly rentals. 3 bdr, 2 baths, full kitchen, sleeps 6, weekly there is a $50 Cleaning Fee and a $200 refundable Security Deposit which is held against any damage or breakages during your stay. Great ventalation throughout the entire apartment that the wind closes the doors, you must use a door stopper to prevent the doors from closing. There are two small color television sets in the bedrooms. The Kitchen is fully furnished with the following: __Refrigerator, __ stove, __microwave, ___washer, dryer, __blender, ___toaster oven, __toaster, __5 gallon drinkable water ____pots and pans. ___ cooking utensils ___ disposable eating utensils The Living room has a two loveseats and a dining table for four (4) people. The balcony has gates that must be locked when resting and when not in the apartment. It is an extremely sunny, cheery, warm, happy and well ventilated apartment. The interior is spacious and furnished apartment in a contemporary style. The master bedroom contains a queen size bed and a master bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin size foldable beds. The third bedroom has a queen size bed for an additional one or two people can sleep. There are large closets in all the bedrooms along one wall for suitcases and clothes storage. The apartment has only one air-conditioner in the master bedroom. All the rooms have fans. Let this not discourage as you. You will notice throughout the day that the nice breeze and wind ventilate the entire apartment. In the evenings with the windows open you will feel a cool breeze that will allow you to comfortably sleep. Linens and towels are available. A fully equipped kitchen with microwave, stove, oven, toaster oven, pots and pans, dishes and cooking utensils, are provided. There is a washer and dryer. There is a stereo in the living room. The master bedroom has a color TV. Services that could be provided upon request for an extra small fee is for daily housekeeping service of cleaning and trash removal at a daily fee of $5.00. There are several malls, stores, restaurants in the neighborhood. Your family will experience the rich culture and the amazing natural history of Ecuador. Visit la costa, la cierra, y el oriente.
